Pursuant to art.13 par.1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, I hereby inform you that

• The controller of your personal data is ZTE Sp. z o.o. Sp.K. having its registered office in Siemianowice Śląskie, hereinafter referred to as the Company;
• Your personal data shall be processed in order to implement a transport enquiry under art. 6 par. 1 item a);
• The personal data provided by you shall not be made available to any other recipients;
• The personal data provided by you shall not be transferred to any third country;
• Your personal data shall be retained until your consent withdrawal;
• You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to the data rectification, data erasure or restriction of their processing. You also have the right to object to the processing, the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
• Providing your personal data is voluntary;
• Your data processing shall not be carried out by automated means, including profiling.
