Road transportation

The main activity of the ZTE company is the comprehensive organization and providing services for oversized transportation. Our services include the following elements:

Permits

To perform a special transport mission, it is necessary to obtain required permits. The permits are issued by the administration bodies of the areas on the path of the transport. We also organize special permits for out-of-gauge transportation in Poland and the entire Europe.

Escorting

Pilots play a significant role in the transportation of oversized cargo. They secure the roads for the travel time of the cargo, warn other drivers on the non-standard transport and assist our drivers in efficient and safe maneuvering the large vehicles. We organize escorts of transport in Poland and outside its borders.

Road infrastructure

The nature of the oversized transport sometimes results in the necessity of introducing temporary changes in the road infrastructure. We adjust the infrastructure for the time of transport of that type of cargo.

Cargo insurance

All transported goods are covered by our comprehensive civil liability insurance up to 400 000 EUR. In case of goods of a higher value and at the Client’s request we increase the insurance up to the value of the cargo. For that purpose we cooperate with a renown partner – the Allianz Company.

Customs clearance

The international cargo relocation may require the preparation and conducting of complicated customs activities, requiring specialist knowledge. We readily assist our clients in all formalities relating to the customs procedures. Our employees hold the required qualifications to provide professional advice. We cooperate with officers and customs agencies in the entire Europe. We transport goods protected by TIR carnets.
