ZTE supports education on road safety

Again, ZTE participated in the National Tournament on Road Safety for school children at the local level.

County eliminations for the tournament included two parts, the theoretical part (road safety knowledge quiz) and the practical part (ability to provide pre-medical first aid, bicycle riding in road traffic conditions around the bicycle safety town, obstacle course) which were carried out at the H. Jordan Municipal Cultural Centre in Siemianowice Śląskie.

Both the weather as well as the participants didn’t fail. They arrived from 9 primary schools and 7 lower secondary schools from Siemianowice Śląskie and totalled 57 persons.

ZTE tractor was the event’s main attraction. The contestants were able to “tour” the vehicle, take a picture and talk to the driver about road safety for heavy transport vehicles. ZTE employees highlighted the importance of visible cyclist clothing.

The winners received diplomas, medals and a statue, whereas all participants of the tournament were additionally given bike safety helmets and ZTE high visibility jackets.
